Intake & Calibration
Connect with your Engagement through a call to build the profile of the ideal candidate. You’ll receive calibration candidates 24-48 hours after the initial intake call to help us gauge our alignment.
Outreach & Screening
We engage candidates from a variety of platforms and conduct a tailored screen to determine their qualifications, soft skills, interest and availability. You’ll receive screened candidates to make multiple hires now or in the future.
Interviews & Feedback
We coordinate the scheduling of interviews with the candidates and connect with you following interviews to debrief, all while taking care to maintain the candidate experience.
Placement & Follow Up
We partner with you through the final stages of your hiring process. When requested, we handle offers, background checks and/or reference checks. After placement, we check-in with the hiring manager and candidates for up to a year.
