Din has spent a good portion of her career in the talent space where she has acted as a strategic business partner to leaders and recruiting teams. Din is passionate about DEI and brings DEI efforts into focus when developing talent strategies.
She has built and led teams in corporate and agency settings, managed the talent acquisition process and developed best practices, processes, tools, metrics, analytics and recruitment branding. Din strives to create innovative strategies for hiring talent while ensuring success, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. She has also cultivated employee engagement strategies.
Din has a degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, and a doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a certified IBM Data Science Specialist and is Diversity Sourcing certified. Prior to working in talent, she had successful stints at Morgan Stanley and American Express. On the side, she is an active mentor for youth in the community. Married with four kids, Din is originally from Houston. You can often find her recreating recipes in her kitchen, paper marbling or geeking out on science.
