Kelli Thomason

VP, HR and Operations

Though employed as HireBetter’s Director of Operations, Kelli often muses she has never “worked” a day in her life. She’s passionate about recruiting and the people behind the profit (or not-for-profit, as it may be).

In her current role, Kelli identifies and targets areas in which we can improve operations and service to our clients, researches and implements new directives to propel growth, and assists executive leadership in monitoring and managing the overall health and viability of the business. She also works with our vendors and internal team to ensure technology systems exceed business needs and are designed to scale.

Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources and is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).

Kelli’s first love (and why she transitioned to a career in recruiting, specifically, after many years as an HR generalist) is impacting lives by helping others. She currently resides in the upstate of South Carolina with her husband, where they enjoy riding motorcycles and spending time on the lake, often with their children and grandchildren.
