I’m proud to announce that HireBetter has acquired Austin-based talent firm, Diverse Recruiting Experts (DRE). Cody Horton founded Diverse Recruiting Experts to help companies source talent that reflects the communities they serve.
Knowing Cody’s talent for building world-class teams and recognizing the shared values and vision between DRE and HireBetter, it became clear to us that bringing our teams together would allow us to become an even more powerful strategic talent partner for our clients.
The acquisition of DRE enables HireBetter to provide clients with a broader pool of highly qualified candidates and expand our Recruiting-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering. At the same time, our combined team will continue to leverage the latest tools, technologies, and strategies to help growth-minded companies scale with world-class teams.
