On average, the hiring process is typically about 90 days for executive roles.
Cover letters may be included but are not required to be considered for a position, unless specifically requested in the posting description or by a talent acquisition specialist. When in doubt, include a cover letter!
After an initial phone conversation with one of our talent acquisition specialists, candidates who are being considered further may participate in video and face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager. A typical search concludes in about 90 days, on average.

Generally speaking, we fill executive positions within 90 days. At the same time, it is not uncommon for an executive candidate to explore new opportunities for up to six months or more before finding the right fit.
Our clients retain our services, so there is no fee to candidates.
When a new opportunity becomes available with one of our clients, we reach out to those in our networks who we feel are a good fit and post the open job opportunities on our website at jobs.hirebetter.com. Once we establish a mutual interest, we forward top candidates to our clients for further consideration.
This is largely dependent upon the needs of our clients. As new opportunities become available, we will reach out to candidates we determine to be a good fit.
