Adam Bonsky

Chief Revenue Officer

Adam plays a critical role in helping HireBetter achieve its aggressive growth goals through his leadership of the sales and business development functions. He also supports the development of HireBetter’s marketing and client relations functions while building strong partner relationships with like-minded organizations. Adam is a proven executive leader with twenty-eight years of diverse work experience in the employee benefits, healthcare and human capital management industries.

Throughout his professional career, Adam has led high-performing teams in a number of functions, including sales and marketing, business development, client management and operations, product development, and compliance. Prior to joining HireBetter, Adam held executive leadership and management roles in organizations ranging from major banks and insurance companies to small and medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses in the Austin area. He has worked with companies such as KeyBank, Transamerica, CNA, Union Bank of California, TriNet, Fringe Benefit Group and Sedera.

Although it happened over thirty years ago, Adam likes to remind us that his high school football team won the Ohio State Championship in his senior year. He was the starting outside linebacker and was part of a dramatic goal line stand that sealed the victory. From a very young age, Adam recognized the value of teamwork and what it takes to be a strong leader. He doesn’t like to talk about it as much, but Adam is a graduate of Harvard University, where he also played varsity football.

He and his wife, Lynn, have three children – all under the age of fourteen – and have lived in the Austin area for the past twelve years. Adam and his wife met and got married in California, but they like to point out that they moved to Austin before it became the trendy thing to do! Adam enjoys playing guitar, traveling with his family, running the Austin trails, career coaching friends and family, and fostering open-mindedness through a personal project for which he will someday have the time!
