A skilled business operator, Chris focuses his attention on building an organization that offers a sustainable, best-in-class product for HireBetter's clientele. His success as an owner, president and operator stems from his ability to visualize the potential within a business and recognize where systematic opportunities exist. Chris’s responsibilities include strategic consultation, client satisfaction, recruiting, and practice development.

Prior to joining HireBetter, Chris worked with Austin-based Renewal by Andersen. In partnership with the founder, Chris and his team grew the company close to 800% over a 36-month period. Prior to Renewal by Andersen, Chris facilitated growth of over 300% at another services company, Sunterra Landscape Services.

Chris began his career in high-tech manufacturing with Avnet, Kent Electronics, Compaq, and Telxon. These experiences helped hone the leadership skills he puts to use on a daily basis.

Chris is passionate about entrepreneurship and is an active Angel investor. He lives in Austin with his wife and four children, is a fervent Houston Astros fan, and enjoys building great teams.
